What is Collected, Advance, and Next Month?

Collected: This refers to withdrawing your salary on the same day or on a previous day after 8 PM.
Example:
If today is July 26, 2024, and it is one minute past 8 PM, employees can withdraw their salary for that day or for any previous days worked. -
Advance: This refers to withdrawing your salary within the current month.
Example:
If today is July 26, 2024, and it is before 8 PM, employees can withdraw their salary up to the last day of the current month. -
Next Month: This refers to withdrawing your salary for the next month, from the 1st to the end of the following month.
Example:
If today is July 26, 2024, employees can withdraw their salary for August 1st to August 31st.
What Is Normal and Instant Withdrawal?
- Instant: Allows you to receive your salary immediately upon request.
- Normal: Your salary will be processed and received 2 business days after the request is made.
What Is Auto Cash Out?
The Auto Cash Out feature allows employees to receive their salary automatically on a daily basis with a nominal administrative fee of $250, once per month.
What Are the Benefits of KYC / Why Is KYC Required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is required by regulations for any withdrawal, except for salary withdrawals made on the current day (after 8 PM) or earlier.
Will I Have to Pay Setlary?
Fees for advance and future salary withdrawals will be incurred, except for collected salary. Additionally, fees may vary depending on the withdrawal method chosen (refer to previous questions).
What Is Take Home Pay?
Take home pay is the amount of salary you receive after deducting any applicable fees. In other words, the administrative fee will be subtracted from your total salary, and the remaining amount is the net salary or take home pay you will receive.
Does Early Salary Withdrawal from Setlary Need to Be Repaid?
Any salary withdrawn early through Setlary will be deducted from the salary cycle of the following month. In other words, early salary withdrawals will affect the amount of salary you receive in the next payroll cycle.
How to Activate the Live Chat Feature?
To activate the Live Chat feature, you must use one of the paid features such as Auto Cash Out, Instant Withdrawal, Advance Salary, or Next Month Salary.

Why Am I Logged Out of the Setlary App?
If you are logged out of the Setlary app, it is likely because your account has been accessed from another device. Our system automatically logs users out of active sessions to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
Why Can't I Withdraw Future Salary?
If you are unable to withdraw future salary, it may be due to specific conditions related to non-permanent employees, which differ from those for permanent employees. Please contact your HR department for further information.
What If There Is Incorrect Data?
If you find any errors in the recorded data, please contact your HR department for further assistance and to correct any inaccurate information.
Why Can't I Press the Withdrawal Button?
If you are unable to press the withdrawal button, there could be several reasons affecting this issue. For more information and to resolve the problem, please contact your HR department.

What is Setlary’s Data Plan Reward?
The Data Plan Reward is a program that provides a free data plan as a reward when users withdraw their salary using Setlary.
What rewards does the program offer?
Users can earn data plan from 500MB to 17GB, depending on the type of withdrawal.
Who can participate in this program?
This program is valid for users who possess an account in Setlary.
What is the program period?
The Data Plan Reward program runs from 1 November 2024 to 31 January 2025.
Who is eligible for the rewards?
Rewards will be sent to users who make their first salary withdrawal, and users who withdraw their salary using “Advance Salary”, “Next Month Salary”, “Instant Withdrawal”, and/or “Daily Auto Cash-Out” features.
How do I claim my rewards?
Users can claim rewards after each successful salary withdrawal through the Setlary app.
How long is the validity period for the reward to be claimed?
The reward must be claimed within 7 days. After 7 days, the reward will expire.
Does the reward apply to all providers?
This offer is only available for Telkomsel, XL, Axis, Indosat, and Tri users only.
Can I transfer the reward to a different number?
No, rewards are non-transferable.
What happens if I cancel my Setlary account?
Any remaining data rewards will be forfeited.
What happens if I use multiple accounts to gain rewards?
Setlary will take action against fraudulent activities, including account suspension.
Is it possible to still receive rewards if I use a postpaid number?
Rewards are only applicable to prepaid users.
Why didn't I receive the reward after withdrawing?
There are several possible reasons, including:
- The registered mobile number is inactive.
- The user is not using Telkomsel, XL, Axis, Indosat, or Tri
- Issue with provider services.
- Technical obstacles from the data vendor.
